Our activities on behalf of clients include Settling of employment related contractual and trade disputes, negotiating, drafting and review of service contracts, employee policy manuals & handbooks, negotiation with labor unions, legal advisory on pension schemes, retirement benefits, collective bargaining etc
We also represent clients in employment disputes arising from the above.
